Shipping & returns.

Delivery

• We deliver to every governorate in Egypt.
• Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on working days (Saturday–Thursday).
• Delivery takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.
• Free shipping on orders of LE 1,500 or more. Below that, the shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Cash on delivery is available on every order. The courier calls you before arriving.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation with your order number. For updates, message us on WhatsApp with that number.

Returns and exchanges

• You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving it.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Size exchanges are the fastest: message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the size you need.
• No return fee — you only pay the delivery charge for the pickup.
• Refunds are paid by InstaPay or bank transfer once we receive and check the item.
