These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Everyd website (everyd.store), our social media pages, and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Everyd is a clothing brand based in Egypt. Contact: ahmed.nftarabic@gmail.com.

2. Orders and payment

  • An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation message (email, SMS or WhatsApp).
  • Prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include VAT. Shipping is shown at checkout.
  • We accept cash on delivery and the online payment methods shown at checkout.
  • We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we cannot verify the order details. You will be notified and any payment refunded.

3. Shipping and delivery

We ship to all governorates in Egypt. Delivery times, fees and courier details are described in our Shipping Policy.

4. Returns and exchanges

Size exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn items with tags, as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Products

We do our best to show colours and fit accurately. Slight variation between the photos and the product can occur due to screens and lighting. Measurements are listed on each product page.

6. Your account and information

You are responsible for providing an accurate name, address and phone number so that we can deliver your order. How we use your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Content and intellectual property

All designs, photos, logos and text on this site and our social media pages belong to Everyd and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission. Customer photos shared with us or tagged with our brand may be reposted on our channels with credit; message us if you would like one removed.

8. Social media and messaging

We publish content and reply to comments and messages on Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok and WhatsApp. Automated replies may be used for common questions (sizes, prices, delivery). Do not share payment details in comments or messages.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Egyptian law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
